UNIBEN Transfer Form (Departmental and Inter-Faculty) for 2024/2025 Session

Applications are now opened for University of Benin (UNIBEN) students to transfer to other courses in their department or inter-faculty for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Interested students (Full–Time) and (Part–Time) are hereby informed that the sales of the 2024/2025 Inter-Faculty/Departmental Transfer Forms will commence on Friday, 12th April, 2024.

Application Forms are to be obtained online on payment of non refundable Application Fees of N60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand Naira).


Applicants are required to make their payment by REMITA on- line. The Remita print out should be taken to Bursary (Investment Department) where it will be converted into official UNIBEN Receipt. Applicants are then required to go on-line (University of Benin Website) to download their respective application form. Original UNIBEN receipt of payment, photocopy of O’ Level Certificate/Statement of Result and Passport Photograph (Red Background) are to be attached to the duly completed Application Form. The completed form should be submitted to Exams and Records Division, Ugbowo Campus (Room 25) or Exams and Records Office, Ekenhuan Campus (Former Staff Club Building).

Please Note:

I. Applicants are required to make proper enquiries before making payments for their Transfer Form (payments are non-refundable)

II. Applicants are also required to make proper enquires before filling their forms.

III. Duly completed forms are to be submitted to Exams and Records Division, Ugbowo campus (Room 25) or Exams and Records Office Ekenhuan Campus (Former Staff Club Building) six weeks from the date of this publication and not to be taken to any Faculty/School or Department.
