This is to notify all prospective applicants and the general public that 𝐎𝐠𝐮𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, Ilese-Ijebu has commenced the sale of 2024/2025 Post-UTME Screening form for National Diploma (ND) Programmes in the under-listed courses: ⁣

Eligibility

a). Applicants that chose the institution as first choice in the 2024 JAMB UTME and scored 120 and above.⁣

b). Interested Applicants who did not choose OSCOHTECH and are willing to study any of the above listed courses and scored 120 & above can pick the form but must first apply for change of institution at any JAMB accredited CBT centre and make OSPOHAS formally OSCOHTECH as first choice.⁣

How to Apply for Ogun State Poly Post-UTME Screening⁣

Applicants with the current 2024 JAMB score of 120 and above are to obtain the Post-UTME Screening Form at 𝐍𝟐,𝟎𝟎𝟎 only through the school portal address http://my.ospohasilese.edu.ng/admission/apply/create_account/5 before end of August, 2024.⁣
