Delta State Bursary Application for Undergraduates (SSAS), 2024/2025 | How to Apply

Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board has opened the site for online bursary registration of Students for the State Government's 2024/2025 Students Special Assistance Scheme (Bursary).

Eligibility:

  • Candidate must be of Delta State origin
  • Must have National Identification Number (NIN)
  • Must be registered full-time student of ONLY Government approved private and public Tertiary Institutions (PGD, Masters and PHD Student are NOT eligible)
  • Must have CGPA of 2.20 and above in the previous academic year's examination
  • Be in second year (200 and above) in the Universities ND II and HND II in the Polytechnic's/Monotechnic and NCE II-III in the Colleges of Education
  • Must have an account with a CBN approved commercial bank

How to Apply for Delta State Bursary 

  • Log on to http://www.dsbsb.dl.gov.ng then click on the "APPLY NOW" to submit your bursary form
  • You will be charged a non-refundable fee of Eight Hundred Naira Only (N800) for online processing using a debit card.
  • Online Acknowledgement card should be downloaded and printed for your personal record.

NOTE:

  • Registration/Opening of site is for the period of four (4) weeks (Tuesday 15th April - Wednesday May 14th 2025).
  • There shall be physical verification at the close of registration
