AAUA Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening for 2024/2025 Session
Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, AAUA Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening form is on sale for the 2024/2025 academic session.
This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission to Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), Ondo State for the 2023/2024 academic session that registration for Post-UTME admission screening exercise has commenced.

Candidates eligible for the Screening exercise are:
- Those who made Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) their institution of First choice in the 2023/2024 UTME and scored 160 and above;
- Direct Entry candidates who chose AAUA as their institution of First choice; and
- Those who sat for the 2023/2024 UTME, scored 160 and above and are willing to change and make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko their institution of First choice.
Note: Candidates who did not make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko their institution of First choice initially, but are willing to choose AAUA, should make the necessary change of Institution on JAMB CAPS to AAUA before the close of registration for the screening exercise.
All eligible candidates who should not be less than 16 years at the commencement of the 2024/2025 academic session are to visit the University website https://putme.aaua.edu.ng to register for the screening as from Monday, 12th August, 2024 after making a payment of Five Thousand Naira (N2, 000 for POST- UTME REGISTRATION and N3, 000 for PORTAL ACCESS FEE) only. Payment should be made online on the University Screening Portal.
How to Apply AAUA Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening
i. Visit https://putme.aaua.edu.ng
ii. Create an account with valid JAMB registration number and E-mail address;
iii. Confirm your E-Mail address by clicking on the link sent to your E-mail (check spam box, if not found in your E-mail inbox);
iv. Log in and make payment of N5,000.00 (N2,000 for POST- UTME REGISTRATION and N3,000 for PORTAL ACCESS FEE) only via E-tranzact;
v. After successful payment, candidates are to fill their Bio-data with valid details; and
vi. Print out Bio-data slip.
General Instructions to all AAUA Post UTME Candidates
i. Candidates are advised to correctly upload all their O'Level results on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed in the case of O'Level requirements.
ii. AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO and NABTEB O'Level results.
iii. AAUA accepts 1st Degree (Second Class Lower) ND (Upper Credit), HND (Lower Credit), JUPEB (6 Points) and NCE (8 Points) for Direct Entry candidates.
iv. Candidates awaiting O'Level results may also apply but must upload their results on both the University portal and JAMB CAPS as soon as they are released for seamless admission processing.
v. Candidates are to click on Admission Requirements to check for O'Level and UTME subject requirements for the respective courses of choice.
vi. Candidates who did not comply with the UTME subject combination are requested to change to their desirable courses on JAMB CAPS.
vii. Candidates are advised to read the O'Level requirements of their courses and select the right subject combinations, which must include Credit passes in English Language and Mathematics for all courses in AAUA.
viii. Candidates should ensure that the online form is carefully completed, following ALL necessary instructions, as "mistake(s)" may be seen as misrepresentation/falsification of documents, which shall lead to disqualification.
ix. Candidates are to then printout evidence of completion of transaction and keep for future reference.
X. It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the online screening exercise to qualify them for consideration for admission by the University.
SPECIAL NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS
a) The registration for the online screening exercise commences on Monday, 12th August, 2024.
b) Candidates willing to apply for LAW and Mass Communication programme must score not less than 250 and 200 marks respectively in the 2024 UTME.
c) Candidates are advised to provide valid and active E-mail addresses and phone numbers (without DND "DO NOT DISTURB"). The University will not take responsibility for failure to get information as a result of invalid E-mail addresses and non-functional phone numbers.
d) Eligible applicants should not be less than Sixteen (16) years old at the commencement of the 2024/2025 academic session.
