ASUU NEC to Meet This Weekend to Decide on Continuation of Strike Action

The National Executive Council of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) would meet this weekend to decide on the continuation of the strike action.

Recall that ASUU embarked on a one-month 'total and comprehensive' strike action on the 14th of February, 2022.

By Monday, the duration of the ongoing strike would elapsed. The union thereby needs to meet to decide on whether or not the industrial action would continue.
