BUK Adjusted Academic Calendar Released for Second Semester, 2020/2021 Session

BUK Academic Calendar: Bayero University Kano (BUK) adjusted academic calendar for 2019/2020 academic session has been published. According to the calendar, lectures for undergraduate students for the second semester will resume on 5th April, 2021.

The breakdown of the academic calendar is as follows;

BUK Academic Calendar for 2019/2020 Session

The Senate of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has approved an adjustment to the 2020/2021 undergraduate Second Semester Academic Calendar.

GSU examinations are to hold for three days between June 16th-18th while the Second Semester examinations will hold for 3 weeks between June 21st and July 10th, 2021.

This was contained in a resolution of the 384th meeting of the Senate chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas held on Wednesday, 24th February, 2021 at the Convocation Arena, New Campus.

A statement signed by Amina Umar Abdullahi, Director Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR), said, under the new dispensation, the semester has 14 weeks duration with lectures to hold for 10 weeks commencing from 5th April, 2021 and ending on 14th June, 2021.
