Taraba State Govt Announces Resumption Date for Primary and Secondary Schools

The Taraba State Government has directed the resumption of Primary and Secondary Schools in the state. The schools are expected to reopen on Monday, September 21, 2020. This directive was given by the Commissioner Basic and Secondary Education, Hon. Johannes Jigem.

It was gathered that the third term will be waved due to the effects of the pandemic.

He emphasized that there will be strict adherence to the COVID-19 protocol.

The commissioner however was silent on the date for the reopening of tertiary institutions in the state.
