COVID-19 Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Produces a Ventilator (VIDEO)

The Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has created a ventilator. See details below.

The need of a ventilator comes as a necessity now to help fight the coronavirus pandemic. A lot of tertiary institutions have joined the fight by producing different types of ventilators, and the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has follow suit.

The fabrication of the ventilator was done at the Equipment Development and Maintenance Centre by the Department of Mechanical Engineering in ABU, and awaiting clinical trial.

The university is also currently working on other machines like Automatic Hand Sanitizer Machine.
