BUK Hostel Accommodation Application Procedures for 2022/2023 Session

This is to inform all the new and returning students of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) that the management has opened the hostel application portal for the 2022/2023 academic session.

BUK Hostel Application Procedure

• Visit https://www.remita.net/
• Select "Pay TSA & States"
• A context menu will display, select "FGN: Federal Government of Nigeria"
• A payment schedule form will appear, fill as follows:
  • WHO DO YOU WANT TO PAY: Type in "BAYERO UNIVERSITY, KANO - 1000129"
  • NAME OF SERVICE/PURPOSE: Select any of the Campuses below"
    1. BUK OLD CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION
    2. BUK NEW CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION
    3. BUK AKTH CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION
    4. BUK SCE CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION
  • PAYER "Enter your Full Names"
  • DEPARTMENT "Enter your Department"
  • REGISTRATION NO. "Enter your Registration No."
  • ITEM List "Select your Hostel Block"
  • To confirm you are human not a robot, you need to key in the characters in the image provided into the Box Below it (if provided).
  • Click Submit
  • SELECT A PAYMENT OPTION "Select from the option available, note additional text boxes will be displayed, fill in all the necessary information and proceed to next item"
  • Finally Click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT"
  • A Payment Invoice form will be generated with Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR), copy the (RRR) or print the invoice and proceed any commercial bank for payment, or follow other payment methods provided by the Portal.

Print the receipt and proceed to show the hall administrator the receipt.
