Governor Ganduje Commissions New Mosque In Bayero University Kano (BUK)

Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje commissioned a brand new mosque at the Faculty of Education, Bayero University, Kano (BUK) on Wednesday, 6th March, 2019. The mosque was build under Ganduje Foundation.

Governor Ganduje said building of the mosque was part of the foundation’s continuous effort to promote Islam in the state, saying that Bayero University deserved more than this gesture owing to its contributions to the development of society. He pledged to continue to work closely with the management of Bayero University to lift the status of the state to the next level.

In his remark, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Muhammad Yahuza Bello, who was represented by the Director, Academic Planning, Professor Bala Sidi Aliyu, thanked the Governor and his foundation for the philanthropic gesture
