NABTEB 2018 Nov/Dec Exam Results Released

The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB), has announced the release of the result of the 2018 November/December NBC/NTC Examination. The release of the results was announced in Benin by the Registrar/Chief Executive of NABTEB, Prof. (Mrs) Ifeoma Isiugo-Abanihe.

According to her, a total of 45,307 candidates enrolled for the examinations in 1,773 centres across the country. 40,848 of the figures registered for Ordinary Level Craft Certificate examinations while 4,459 enrolled for Master Craft or Advanced Level Certificate examinations.

In terms of performance, 29,274 candidates obtained five credits and above including English Language and Mathematics representing 72.79 percent while 36,867 candidates representing 91.67 percent obtained five credits and above with or without English Language and Mathematics.

She noted that out of the 8,191 candidates that sat for trade examinations, 3,898 (47.59 per cent) were certified at Ordinary Level while out of the 3,679 candidates that sat for the trade examinations at Advanced Level 2,215(60.21 per cent) were certified.

Out of the 44,603 candidates that took the exam, 625 of them were involved in examination malpractice. Some of the centres that were involved in exam malpractice have also been blacklisted.

She called on the National and State Houses of Assemblies to legislate on the establishment of more modern, well-equipped technical colleges in all the local government areas across the country.

2.     Enter your Candidatate Identification Number e.g. 38001178

3.     Select the Type of Examination

4.     Enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year e.g. 2002

5.     Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card. The Card Serial Number has an alphabet prefix followed by digits e.g. N123456789

6.     Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card eg. 012345678912

7.     Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up

To have your result sent to your e-mail address, do the followings:

·        Click on the 'Send Results to E-mail' box

·        Enter a valid e-mail address e.g. segun@yahoo.com

·        Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up

·        You Can Now Check Your results Using Your Mobile Phones
