KADPOLY Registration Requirements For Newly Admitted Students (HND & ND), 2018/2019 Session

This is to inform all the newly admitted students of Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) that the registration requirements for the 2018/2019 admission have been released.

The registration exercise is expected to commence from 7th of January, 2019 to 20th of January, 2019.

All newly admitted ND and HND students are expected to come along with the following documents:

1.     Admission Letter (Original) and all the Original certificates of examination(s) passed five years ago and beyond/ originals of official statements(s) of result.

2.     Birth Certificate(Original and Photocopy)

3.     Evidence of Payments of Acceptance and Registration fee

4.     A medical Certificate of fitness from Shehu Mohammed Kangiwa Medical Centre, Kaduna Polytechnic

5.     Six recent passport photographs

6.     A letter of attestation from either of your parents or guardian that you will be of good behavior and a law abiding student throughout your stay in kaduna polytechnic.

Important Notice:

Candidates applying for hostel are advised to do so as soon as possible as the provision of hostel is very limited. And the assignment of hostel is based on first come, first serve bases.
