Ebonyi State Government Allegedly Increases Corpers State Allowance

Ebonyi state government has allegedly increased the state allowance of Corps members serving in the state. According to report, the Corps members have started receiving a sum of N9757 respectively.

The Governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi last month promised to increase the corpers allowance starting from September due to their commitment in their services. He made this promise while opening the maiden David Umahi Tertiary Institution Games (DUMTIGA) at the Pa Ngele Oruta Stadium, Abakaliki, the state capital.

It was gather that irrespective of their place of primary assignment, they are all entitled to the state allowance.
