Ajayi Crowther University Gets NUC’s Approval For New Faculties, Programmes

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved new faculties and programmes for Ajayi Crowther University (ACU).

With glory to God, I announce that the National Universities Commission has just approved (see scanned copy of Letter below) that Ajayi Crowther University (ACU) Oyo commences Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Environmental Studies with immediate effect. This makes about 20 programmes granted Full Accreditation (in fact all programmes of ACU have full accreditation!). This exercise has cost the University more than 250 million for payments, library, buildings, equipment, laboratories, computers, etc.

Architecture

Estate Management

Mechanical Engineering

Computer Engineering

Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Library and Information Science

We therefore commence immediately, admission of candidates into these programmes in the new session starting this September. We shall admit students who have or have not applied to ACU. Admissions can be done online through our website https://admission.acu.edu.ng. Our fees are the cheapest, payable in three installments. In addition, Anglican students enjoy 10% rebate in fees from the onset.

The University shall be undertaking Admission tour to all dioceses at scheduled dates to be circulated soon. Our staff shall meet Anglican candidates at each cathedral venue for instant admission into any of our various programmes.
