NCE
1. Admission Requirements
1.1 Pre NCE (Technical)
SSC/NTC with at least three credits and
two passes in not more than two sittings.
The credits must include English Language and Physics
and
any other Science subject or TCII
with
credits/merits in the
said subjects.
1.2 Pre NCE
(Special Needs) SSC/NTC/NBC with at least three credits and two passes in not more than
two
sittings. The
credits
must include
English
Language and any
two
from
History, Government,
Biology, Chemistry or Agricultural
Science
or TCII
with
credits/merits in
the said subjects.
2. Transition to NCE
At the end
of the two semesters, students are to proceed to the respective
NCE programmes
provided they obtained a CGPA of 1.50 and scored the
minimum Cut-Off Point at the JAMB UTME. They are however, exempted
from
Post UTME.
NOTES:
(i) Admission brochure is available on the portal for candidates to acquaint themselves with the admission requirements of all the above mentioned programmes.
(ii) Application should
be
made
not LATER THAN 30th July,
2019 when the portal for admission shall be
closed.

Candidates are to log unto Kaduna Polytechnic School
Portal on http//www.kadunapolytechnic.edu.ng and follow the Remita payment option logo to access the Kaduna
Polytechnic
page. Amount payable
is
N8,000.00
only.

How To Generate SPIN
- · Visit https://kadpoly.dynatechportal.com/paychannel/Home/GetSpin to generate your SPIN from the "Payment Portal" (SPIN is an Eight (8) digit number that will be used on the Kaduna Polytechnic Web Platform to uniquely identify any person or company that has any relationship with the polytechnic. Unlike JAMB No, Application number, Matriculation number or Registration Number, the SPIN is unique to you and never changes as long as your relationship with Kaduna Polytechnic continues. Though, you can modify your Biodata but not your SPIN. Similarly, as you make payments on this portal using the REMITA platform, a new RRR will be generated for you for every payment. The SPIN helps you log on to the platform and track all your payments. With your SPIN, you will be able to view your records from application to graduation!)
- · Fill the form and upload your passport (Note: Your passport should not be more than 32KB in size. And don’t spend much time on the site, otherwise it wouldn’t work)
- · Click on “Submit”, immediately, you will receive a Text Message (SMS) showing you your SPIN Number, you can also check your e-mail for your SPIN. (Write it down because you’ll need it a lot.)
How to make payment
- · Click https://kadpoly.dynatechportal.com/paychannel to initiate a new payment.
- · Click on “New Payment”
- · Select “Application Fee” and enter your SPIN Number.
- · Click on “Retrieve”
· You could use any Online payment Channel
or visit any bank to pay using the RRR. Fill in the necessary details and click
on submit (The amount to pay is N8000)
How To Fill the Online
Form
- · Visit https://kadpoly.dynatechportal.com/application/
- · Login with your RRR (Payment ID) as User Name and Password
- · Click on Login to continue
Follow the steps below to fill and submit your
online form
1. Personal Data
-
Click on the Personal Data tab and fill the form
accordingly
-
Save the data by Clicking the "Save data"
button at the bottom of the form. Vital fields of the form will be validated
-
Pay attention to the message displayed after
clicking the "Save data" button to ensure that the save action is
successful
-
If some mandatory fields are left blank, the system
will prompt for such fields to be correctly provided
-
Data provided can be edited after saving at later
time so long as "Submit form (4)" is not carried out.
2. Schools Attended
-
Click on the "Schools Attended(2) tab to fill
the schools you have attended accordingly
-
The Schools attended page allows you to enter the
name of the school, the year you entered the school and the graduation year
-
Simply click on the "Save Data" button at
the bottom of page to save your data
3. Results Obtained
-
Three TABS - O'Level First Sitting, O'Level Second
Sitting, IJMB/REMS/PREND and A'Level allows you to indicate results from
different sittings and different exam-type
-
Simply enter the year you sit for the exam, then the
certificate obtained, the subject and the grade obtained
-
When you are done, click on the Save button at the
bottom of the form.
4. Submit Form
-
Click on the 'Submit Form (4)' tab menu to Submit
your Form
-
The page displays all your personal data entered.
Kindly confirm that the data is ok before clicking on "Submit Form
Above"
-
Please note that once you submit your form, you
cannot make changes to it again.
Note
Candidate must print
and submit a copy of the completed application above along with photocopies of
result(s), certificate of birth, local government indigineship certificate and
one (1) passport size photograph to the unit they applied at the institution

ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous, you would be asked to fill in your grade during the registration process, so its quite not possible, but if you can predict and know what you would graduate with, you should give it a try.
