The Bill for an Act to Convert Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) to
City University of Technology has scaled the second reading.

Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani
disclosed this, adding that alumni of the institute have been rejoicing, after
he read the Bill and it was passed by the senate on Wednesday.
The senator who is also a product of the Polytechnic
was born in Tudun Wada, where the administration building is currently located.
