BASU Post-UTME Screening Announced for 2023/2024 Session

Bauchi State University, BASU Post-UTME admission screening form is out. See cut-off mark, eligibility and how to apply below.

This is to inform all prospective candidates into Bauchi State University (BASU) Gadau that the online screening exercise for 2022/2023 admissions has  been announced. All prospective candidates into the various programmes of the University who have scored 140 points and above in their 2023 JAMB/UTME should visit the University’s website at https://basug_screened.admissions.cloud/ for the screening procedure.

Online screening commences on Wednesday 19th July, 2023.

When filling out the screening forms, candidates awaiting their O ‘Level results are required to indicate clearly AWAITING RESULT (AR) in the grades column of the forms. Once such results are released by the examination bodies, they are required to make them available for sighing during physical screening.

BASU Post-UTME Screening Cut-off Mark & Eligibility

To be eligible for admission, a candidate must have:

Scored a minimum of 140 points in the 2023 UTME examination;

Obtained a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at O’ level (including English and Mathematics);

Sat for the relevant UTME subject combination in the 2023 JAMB examination;

Direct Entry (DE) candidates shall in addition to the minimum of five (5) O’ level relevant credits, (including English and Mathematics) must have scored a minimum of 7 points in IJMB or NCE and at least lower credit in ND.

BASU Post-UTME Screening Procedure

Eligible candidates are to create accounts and pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise through the online screening portal on https://basug_screened.admissions.cloud
