Offa Poly Admission Form 2015/2016 Out, See Available Programmes

The Federal Polytechnic Offa invites applications for admission into the various available full-time Higher National Diploma, Pre-National Diploma, part-time National Diploma and Higher National Diploma programmes for 2015/2016 academic session.Fed Poly Offa (Offa Poly) admission form into full-time Higher National Diploma, Pre-National Diploma, part-time National Diploma and Higher National Diploma programmes for 2015/2016 is now available. Interested members of the public that wish to apply are hereby informed.

A. TWO YEAR HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) PROGRAMMES

The underlisted two (2) year Full-Time programmes leading to the award of Higher National Diploma are available in the Institution.

A. NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) PART-TIME

The underlisted three (3) years of six semesters Part-Time programmes leading to the award of National Diploma are available.

B. HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) PART-TIME
Three (3) years of six Semesters (Evening and weekend) programmes are available in all the courses as obtainable in the HND Full-Time except in Architectural Technology.

Please note that the HND Part-Time programmes are primarily for the working class; who for reason of employment cannot attend regular HND programmes.

It is also important to note that Part-Time HND graduates are exempted from participating in the National Youth Service (NYSC) Scheme.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR Higher National Diploma (HND) 
The entry requirements for all Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes are as follow:

1. Candidates are required to Possess National Diploma(ND), National Innovative Diploma (NID) in their chosen programme at not a grade below LOWER CREDIT classification from a recognized/accredited Polytechnic, Monotechnic or Innovation Enterprise Institutions.

2. Candidates are also to possess at least five (5) relevant O’level credits including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two(2) sittings from such examinations as

SSC, GCE O’Level, NTC/NBC (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’level examinations)

3. Candidates are required to have at least one year post National Diploma industrial training experience.

B. ONE YEAR PRE-NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES IN:
1. Business
2. Science and Technology

PRE-ND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. PRE-ND BUSINESS
SSCE, GCE, NTC/NBC (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level exams) with at least five (5) relevant credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings.

2. PRE-ND SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
SSC, GCE, NTC/NBC (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level exams) with at least five (5) relevant credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings.

Please note that Pre-ND candidates are expected to sit for and pass the JAMB UTME to enable them proceed for the National Diploma progrramme accordingly.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A. NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) (P/T) 
The entry requirements for all National Diploma (ND) programmes are as follows:
SSC, GCE O’Level, NTC/NBC (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level exams) O’Level with at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language & Mathematics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.

B. HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) (PT)
The general entry requirement for HND Part-Time programmes are the same with the HND Full – Time programmes.

Offa Poly Admission 2015/16 Application method, Screening Schedule, Deadline Out

Offa Poly admissions for the 2015/2016 session is ongoing. The entrance exam for interested candidates has been scheduled. The method of application for admission into the polytechnic has also been outlined for interested candidates. All such candidates are hereby informed so they can apply on time as the closing date for application has also been announced.

The Federal Polytechnic Offa (Offa Poly) invites applications for admission into the various available full-time Higher National Diploma, Pre-National Diploma, part-time National Diploma and Higher National Diploma programmes for 2015/2016 academic session. There are various courses available in the various programmes for the 2015/16 session.

How To Apply (For All Programmes)

To apply on-line for HND, Pre-ND or Part-Time HND and ND programmes, candidates are to visit the Polytechnic website www.fpo.edu.ng, click on admission to fill application form, and thereafter make payment of N10,000 with an ATM card that is inter switch compatible.

Screening Schedule For HND, ND & HND (PT)  and PRE-ND Candidates

Candidates for HND; ND & HND Part-Time and Pre-ND seeking admission into Federal Polytechnic, Offa are required to write an online screening examination as scheduled below

Date: 4th to 18th August, 2015.

Venue: Polytechnic Campus

For screening test, visit http://portal.fpo.edu.ng,. and make payment of N2,000 with an ATM card. Fill required information, take the screening test and print out the result slip.

Please note that any false data entry during the online registration will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any time so discovered.

All candidates are enjoined to visit the Polytechnic’s Website www.fpo.edu.ng for appropriate entry requirements for programmes of their choice and other relevant information.

Application Closing Date

Submission of application form closes on Friday 31st July, 2015.
